Our complaints process
If you’re not happy with the service you’ve received from Business Juice, we’d like to have the opportunity to put it right. So please get in touch:

If you’re getting in touch by post or email, please include your business name, a contact name and telephone number and your business address so we can resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to all customer complaints within five working days.
Depending upon the nature of the problem it may take longer to establish exactly what has occurred and why (for instance if we need to liaise with several suppliers). But if you want to speak to a manager at any point, just ask.
If at the end of our process you don’t feel like your problem has been resolved to your satisfaction, please write to us (letter or email) and the matter will be reviewed by a member of our senior management team.
