I would like to talk about the service I received from your colleague Nicola Takashashi. I am extremely satisfied with the service I got right from the beginning. I was under a lot of stress with the business I have purchased and I was struggling to get a gas connection. When I was passed onto Nicola, all of sudden everything looked bright for me, she has helped me and given me peace of mind. I am so grateful to come across a Corporate Business Account Manager who did her job very well and went out of her way to help a customer. I would love to give her a gift to show my appreciation if thats possible.
